Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React.js applications, portals, and embeddable widgets.
- Build secure APIs and microservices with C# and .NET Core.
- Implement workflows and integrations with finance providers, partners, enterprise APIs, webhooks, file exchanges, and AWS services.
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas, queries, migrations, and data-access patterns.
- Contribute to AWS workloads using EKS, Lambda, containers, and Step Functions or equivalent orchestration.
- Write unit, component, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests.
- Build reusable UI components and improve accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Guide engineers and contribute to API and event-contract design, code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation.
- Support infrastructure automation using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
- Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and alerts, and troubleshoot issues across application layers.
- Collaborate with QA and operations on testing, release readiness, and recovery procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing and supporting production software.
- Strong C# and .NET Core skills, including dependency injection, asynchronous programming, testing, and secure coding.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, state management, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar relational and document databases.
- Experience with microservices, API-first development, third-party integrations, and resilient distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Ability to write automated unit and integration tests and troubleshoot UI, API, data, and cloud issues.
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Ability to translate requirements into maintainable, well-documented solutions.
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
- Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel to the U.S. for onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Desirable experience includes embeddable widgets, micro-frontends, white-label applications, multi-tenant SaaS, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, ECS batch, S3, KMS, certificate or secret management, Python services, data pipelines, unittest, Terraform or Pulumi, Argo CD, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, distributed tracing, incident support, and financial services or payments.
