Responsibilities
- Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for enterprise-scale autonomous development.
- Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that turn engineering processes, standards, and architectural guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
- Design governance, identity boundaries, multi-layered validation, and end-to-end traceability for trusted AI engineering environments.
- Implement automated testing and evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems.
- Translate enterprise knowledge, including architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules, into machine-readable structures.
- Translate business intent into scalable architectures and integrate AI into existing system landscapes and operating models.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of legacy systems, enterprise solutions, current market trends, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Familiarity with modern software delivery approaches, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Knowledge of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, context engineering, and secure scalable enterprise architectures.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English, with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
