Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for high-impact projects and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate alignment across teams regarding goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Drive technical project strategy and lead large-scale ML infrastructure optimization.
- Oversee the design and implementation of solutions across multiple specialized ML areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale end-to-end machine learning.
- 5 years of experience with software design and architecture, including testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience in cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.

- US base salary is $262000 - $364000 plus a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
