Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect the Auction Engine to support high-concurrency bidding and listing systems.
- Develop AI-powered features for instant valuations and liquidity.
- Create personalized discovery experiences using data and machine learning.
- Design management tools for power sellers and veteran hobbyists.
- Build end-to-end solutions from backend logic to responsive UI.
- Mentor the team and uphold standards for code quality and system reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and scaling complex applications.
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and high-performance UIs.
- Experience with personalization engines, recommendation systems, or AI/ML integrations is a plus.
- Strong product instincts to understand and delight collectors.
- Proven track record of building reliable systems under high traffic.
