Responsibilities
- Own internal automation for TargetProcess, including custom rules, workflow logic, and integrations with internal systems.
- Design and ship Slack and Telegram bots that create tasks, deliver notifications, and answer routine requests.
- Automate recurring operational workflows such as on-call announcements, absence notices, and reminders.
- Build AI-powered assistants and agents that help employees answer questions and complete routine tasks.
- Develop lightweight internal mini-projects supporting company events and culture.
- Document each solution’s purpose, operation, and extension procedures.
- Use AI tools in daily work and identify opportunities for AI to improve internal processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including automation, bot development, and process automation.
- Full-stack capability with a clear backend bias.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
- Experience with serverless platforms such as Cloudflare Workers or Vercel.
- Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, and/or PostgreSQL and comfort working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Practical experience building bots for Slack and/or Telegram.
- Hands-on experience automating processes and integrating third-party APIs.
- Working knowledge of OpenAI and LLM APIs.
- Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and own outcomes without close supervision.
- Reliable follow-through on commitments and agreements.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily written and verbal communication.
- Ability to maintain availability and responsiveness from 12:00–18:00 CET on a flexible part-time schedule.
- Experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based systems is preferred.
