Base Salary
$95k - $119k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded firmware applications for next-generation digital door lock products using BLE, Zigbee, WiFi, and other network technologies.
- Participate in design, system architecture, hardware analysis, and application design discussions.
- Program and debug firmware, write automated unit test scripts, conduct code reviews, optimize code, and support power management.
- Collaborate with hardware teams during product design, development, and integration.
- Perform unit testing, feature integration, code reviews, and firmware development using best coding practices.
- Optimize code size, execution speed, memory usage, task scheduling, interrupt control, exception handling, and power management.
- Work within a Scrum team to collaborate on design and assist other developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of embedded development experience using C.
- Proficiency with C, RTOS, Git, and Jira.
- Experience designing, developing, and testing complex multithreaded embedded IoT applications.
- Experience with communication protocols and interfaces including I2C, SPI, and UART.
