Base Salary

$136k - $253k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle using reproducible research and well-managed software delivery practices.
  • Develop and deploy generative AI and machine learning applications, models, algorithms, and production features.
  • Apply generative AI technologies such as RAG patterns, ReAct, and LangChain to document summarization, knowledge graphs, information extraction, and analysis.
  • Support production applications, model monitoring, ML management, and DevOps activities.
  • Translate complex business problems into well-scoped projects and deliver timely, well-managed solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams, internal and external stakeholders, and cross-functional colleagues to integrate work into production.
  • Provide technical leadership by shaping ideas, developing research and development plans, breaking down complex problems, coordinating work, and communicating progress.
  • Help lead enterprise adoption of AI and mentor teammates.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 3 years of practical, relevant experience building AI/ML products and applications, including recent experience with generative AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python and solid software engineering skills.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Experience with RAG, ReAct, LangChain, document summarization, knowledge graphs, information extraction, or related generative AI applications.
  • Experience serving as a technical leader across product ideation, ambiguous problem solving, research planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is essential for government contract and Federal Government requirements.
  • Preferred qualifications include 6 or more years of AI/ML experience, AI agent frameworks, NLP use cases, LLM training and efficient fine-tuning, NLP and computer vision libraries, cloud platforms, enterprise MVP delivery, and development of reusable libraries and APIs.
