Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support and guide strategic customers with day-to-day resolutions.
- Identify, characterize, solve, and recover from technical issues.
- Conduct diligent research and troubleshooting for technical problems.
- Create standard methodologies and knowledge articles for troubleshooting.
- Review and test new features before public release.
- Proactively identify improvements to business processes.
- Advocate for customer needs and gather feedback.
- Act as a technical subject-matter expert for assigned customers.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers on the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support.
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts.
- Solid fundamentals in Linux and diagnostics.
- Understanding of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or Postgres.
- Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and security protocols.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Strong troubleshooting aptitude in production environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems in real-time.
- A B.Tech / B.S. or equivalent work experience.
