Base Salary
$218k - $328k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of major platform initiatives.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, networking, and multi-tenant orchestration.
- Design and optimize distributed services on AWS and/or GCP.
- Drive engineering excellence through code quality standards and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Security teams to align architecture with business goals.
- Mentor engineers on architecture decisions and delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend and infrastructure.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in designing and operating distributed systems in production.
- Fluency in cloud-native technologies across AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with applied AI tooling and backend service integration.
- Strong system design and architectural judgment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
