Base Salary
$208k - $365k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for cross-team initiatives.
- Build and evolve AI-assisted merchant and ad review experiences.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers to improve technical design and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform safety and efficiency.
- Utilize AI to accelerate work while ensuring rigorous validation and accountability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including roles as Staff or Senior Staff.
- Strong background in ads, commerce, trust & safety, or GenAI.
- Deep experience in systems design and full-stack software engineering.
- Experience with ML, AI, or GenAI systems and their responsible deployment.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical direction.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
