Base Salary
$300k - $484k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate thought leadership in the AI/LLM space.
- Strategically partner with technical leaders to guide best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews and design engagements with customer teams.
- Identify emerging AI-native technology shifts for product management.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide high-quality technical resources.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent for the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at-scale distributed systems architecture.
- Deep familiarity with the AI/LLM ecosystem and accelerator hardware.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision makers.
- Strong hands-on technical skills and understanding of AI/LLM Ops.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
