Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across multiple modules and business domains.
- Manage Windchill configuration, customization, and integration activities for client-specific requirements.
- Oversee data migration and transformation efforts for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain transparency.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.
- Manage remote teams and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership.
- Deep expertise with PTC Windchill products, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
