Responsibilities
- Lead AI-enabled engineering practices across the full Software Development Lifecycle for Supply Chain applications.
- Apply AI to requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, refactoring, testing, regression, code review, documentation, deployment, and operational support.
- Lead or contribute to an AI platform and software modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrate and quantify business outcomes from AI adoption, including reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower testing effort, and faster issue resolution.
Requirements
- Expert-level AI-led SDLC experience and Oracle ERP/Oracle SCM expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted requirements analysis, design, code generation, refactoring, testing, automation, regression strategies, DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows is especially valuable.
- Ability to quantify measurable business outcomes achieved through AI adoption.
- Strong communication and thought-leadership skills.
