Base Salary
$80k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Salesforce solution design across data models, integration patterns, security models, and platform configuration.
- Maintain solution design documents, architecture decision records, and data flow diagrams throughout delivery.
- Own the technical design and build of Agentforce use cases for Wealth Management programs.
- Design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, CRM, external data sources, and Agentforce capabilities.
- Lead design sessions, code reviews, deployment governance, risk management, and cross-workstream dependency coordination.
- Bridge functional requirements and technical delivery among architects, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Mentor technical leads and establish technical standards across the team.
- Support estimation, scoping, staffing discussions, RFP responses, and practice development assets.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of Salesforce delivery experience across functional and technical implementation work.
- Minimum three years of experience with Agile, hybrid, or Scrum delivery frameworks and sprint-based environments.
- Minimum three years of experience supporting Wealth Management clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an Associate’s degree requires at least six years of work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation, Salesforce architecture certifications, Financial Services Cloud experience, and Salesforce Consultant or Platform App Builder certifications.
- Preferred experience includes REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI tools, functional configuration and technical development, consulting, and distributed-team delivery.
