Base Salary

$185k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect multi-agent systems supporting autonomous planning, execution, reflection, and escalation within defined guardrails.
  • Design end-to-end Agentic and Generative AI architectures covering LLMs, orchestration, memory, tools, human oversight, data ingestion, vector stores, prompt engineering, RAG, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
  • Embed responsible AI, security, governance, regulatory, risk mitigation, monitoring, and human-control mechanisms into AI solutions.
  • Translate business use cases into AI solution blueprints, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support pre-sales, RFPs, solutioning, and deal credentialization by articulating Agentic AI value propositions.
  • Provide technical leadership across proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments.
  • Contribute to AI accelerators, reusable assets, best practices, and technical thought leadership.
  • Mentor architects and engineering teams on Generative AI and agent-based system design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, frontier engineering, AI engineering, or related technology leadership roles, with recent Generative AI and Agentic AI focus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, agentic workflows, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience designing AI, machine learning, or Generative AI systems on Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, cloud-native platforms, containers, orchestration, MLOps, and LLMOps.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business, technical, and executive audiences in client-facing or consulting environments.
  • Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field is preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include technical thought leadership, agentic AI governance and responsible AI experience, autonomous-system controls, outcome monitoring, and contributions to AI platforms or reusable enterprise assets.
