Base Salary

$106k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects.
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to help define requirements.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom solutions are needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Salesforce implementation strategies.
  • Drive technical discussions, resolve roadblocks, and support successful delivery and quality of technology solutions.
  • Architect and deliver robust data models supporting project requirements.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of Solutions Architecture and SFDC Architecture experience.
  • Required Salesforce Architecture Track certifications.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com.
  • Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across multiple clouds and products, with significant data modeling experience.
  • Proven record of successful large-enterprise Salesforce project deliveries.
  • DevOps experience for CI/CD.
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and presentations.
