Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions.
- Serve as the solution lead across client engagements and drive architecture vision and solution alignment.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems.
- Establish governance frameworks and deliver omnichannel customer experiences.
- Lead architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Work with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
- At least 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- At least 4 years of experience working with distributed delivery teams and as part of large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Adobe certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; an associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience is also accepted.
