Base Salary
$200k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales motion alongside the founders, including discovery, demos, solution design, and closing.
- Architect customers’ production systems involving CUA agents, browser automations, and web agents, including concurrency, observability, and failure-mode planning.
- Debug integration issues across the SDK, MCP server, browser automation edge cases, and customer code.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts and guide customers from demo to production.
- Champion customer requirements internally and collaborate with engineering to address product gaps.
- Create technical content such as integration guides.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Strong engineering foundation, including the ability to read and write code, inspect SDK internals, and engage technically with senior engineers.
- Track record of owning a technical sales motion and driving complex, cross-functional deals and projects from first call to go-live.
- Ability to translate precisely between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building with AI agents, MCP servers, or LLM-integrated workflows.
- Familiarity with browser automation or agent infrastructure such as Playwright, CDP, and headless browsers is preferred.
- Prior experience at a developer infrastructure or API-first company, with enterprise deals, or with publicly shipped OSS, demos, or tools is preferred.
