Base Salary
$54k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and delivery across complex, multi-site or multi-workstream Blue Yonder WMS programs.
- Lead workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Define solution and integration architectures aligned with client requirements and constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.
- Develop accelerators, reusable delivery assets, and methodology improvements.
- Support pre-sales activities, demos, scoping, and statements of work.
- Establish documentation standards and delivery best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS experience, including independently designing and delivering against specifications.
- At least 2 years of Blue Yonder development experience with MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with the stated alternative of 12 years of work experience; an associate degree requires 6 years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience with adjacent Blue Yonder solutions such as WLM or other tier-one WMS solutions such as Manhattan is preferred.
- WMS-to-automation integration experience is preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with pre-sales proposals, RFP responses, or practice thought leadership is preferred.
