  • Improve diagnostics, automate reproductions, and build agentic investigation workflows with evaluations and feedback loops.
  • Build reusable scripts and integrations for customer design-data preparation and handoffs.
  • Collaborate with customers, go-to-market teams, and engineering partners to prioritize blockers, demonstrate fixes, and document workflows.

  • Experience working directly with customers, partners, or technical users to diagnose integration problems and deliver working software.
  • Strong debugging skills across unfamiliar code, files, and structured data, including the ability to test hypotheses with incomplete information.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment under time pressure, and the ability to coordinate priorities and dependencies.
  • Practical experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, including evaluating results and improving supporting tools and feedback loops.
  • Hands-on familiarity with PCB design workflows and ECAD tools is useful.
  • Experience with parsers, proprietary file formats, vendor APIs, CAD scripting, customer or integration engineering, regression corpora, diagnostic tools, agent harnesses, or evaluations is useful.
