Base Salary
$270k - $410k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective partners for technical fit, lead integration deep dives, and establish onboarding roadmaps.
- Guide partners through content delivery integrations, resolving schema mismatches, hierarchy errors, and launch-blocking issues.
- Create scripts, internal tools, documentation, automation, and targeted platform improvements to reduce recurring partner friction.
- Use logs, dashboards, and traces to troubleshoot issues and tune observability infrastructure.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on platform capabilities and scalable integration workflows.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point after launch and support partner-specific tools.
- Bring evidence-based defects and roadmap needs to engineering and represent partner technical requirements in product discussions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience integrating or supporting external partners through REST APIs and proficiency with curl, Postman, or similar tools.
- Strong end-to-end troubleshooting skills using logs, dashboards, and traces.
- Working proficiency in Python or Java and SQL, including scripting, querying, and making small integration-specific code changes.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to turn ambiguous requests into technical plans.
- Comfort with manual, human-in-the-loop troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, or support, with demonstrated results.
- Experience with workflow or pipeline systems, media or metadata ingestion, or media, entertainment, or streaming is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital image specifications, media file formats, and delivery workflows is a plus.
