Base Salary
$123k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for financial services customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and servicing journeys.
- Design, develop, and optimize multichannel campaigns, customer journeys, automations, and personalized communications.
- Implement integrations among Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM platforms, and external systems to enable unified customer profiles and personalized experiences.
- Develop audience segmentation, identity resolution, tracking, personalization, and real-time activation capabilities.
- Support Marketing Cloud administration, automation, performance tuning, release management, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Use Data Cloud, Agentforce, generative AI, and emerging Salesforce capabilities to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketers, architects, developers, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture experience.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
- At least 3 years designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience, while equivalent work experience may substitute with at least 12 years.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or equivalent financial services CRM platforms is preferred.
- Experience influencing senior client stakeholders and leading architecture decisions in complex, multi-workstream programs is preferred.
- Experience with Agentforce Voice, contact center AI, or conversational AI platforms in financial services is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or AI Associate certification is preferred.
- Strong data architecture foundation covering modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Experience managing technical delivery across onshore/offshore distributed teams is preferred.
