Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
- Serve as the HR solution subject matter expert for sales teams and present offerings to client buyers.
- Design end-to-end delivery architecture and capabilities with Service Architects and Product Directors.
- Lead initiatives to deploy new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
- Manage solution transition and governance, including service assumptions, delivery locations, and cost-to-deliver validation.
- Ensure delivery architecture follows internal policies and external benchmarks.
- Track market trends, competitive developments, emerging tools, and HR delivery techniques.
- Provide market perspectives on HR delivery trends to support business growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and/or Talent Development.
- At least 3 years of experience designing or improving HR processes.
- Preferred experience creating and deploying robotic process automation in an HR context.
- Preferred full-cycle experience delivering HR process and technology transformations from design through implementation and go-live.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or comparable enterprise HR platforms.
- Preferred experience with end-to-end solution design, cost estimation, work planning, and resource sourcing in sales or pre-sales contexts.
- Preferred workforce or HR analytics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision support experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and foster team-oriented environments across matrixed organizations.
- Strong structured problem-solving, technology orientation, and written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills.
