Base Salary

$140k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with quality, logistics, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, data sources, and constraints.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections using customer-specific processes and requirements.
Design solutions covering relevant modules, integrations, data needs, phasing, and scope.
Create sequenced implementation plans, statements of work, estimates, dependencies, and risk assessments.
Partner with Sales on proposals and commercial documents to ensure commitments are technically deliverable.
Lead solution workshops, support configuration, and remain accountable for designs through implementation and go-live.
Coordinate technical handoffs across Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Create reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.

At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management delivering enterprise software implementations.
Experience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.
Background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management workflows, ideally in a regulated industry.
Hands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software and delivering tailored demonstrations in sales settings.
Ability to coordinate technical handoffs and sequence work across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools, and Linear, Jira, or equivalent project tracking systems.
Familiarity with APIs, data integration, system interoperability, and reusable implementation playbooks is valuable.
