Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop full-stack applications integrated with infrastructure, security teams, and legacy systems.
- Deliver supported data integrations for operational workflows and business-impact reporting in collaboration with data teams.
- Implement, test, and validate embedded AI and agentic solutions for end users.
- Manage the technical roadmap and strategy for scaling and sustaining solutions through vendor teams.
- Provide expert technical support for complex use cases while ensuring privacy, security, code quality, and engineering standards.
- Mentor peers, advocate for software development best practices, conduct code reviews, and support technical growth across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience developing and deploying enterprise solutions using machine learning and artificial intelligence, particularly LLMs.
- Experience with Python, Go, or other modern backend languages.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience building and maintaining SQL-based data pipelines and managing production compute infrastructure and server platforms.
- Preferred: experience aligning teams across operational, engineering, product, and UX disciplines.
- Preferred: experience with Angular, TypeScript, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Preferred: experience writing and reviewing production-ready code in distributed environments.
- Preferred: experience developing AI agents with the Google Cloud Agent Development Kit framework.
Benefits
- US base salary of $152000-$221000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
