Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Success to deliver technical presentations covering ClickUp products and integrations.
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof-of-value projects.
- Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
- Support the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
- Maintain current product knowledge and updated demo spaces for Sales.
- Design and implement agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, autonomous agents, multi-step decisioning, and cross-application integrations.
- Map and diagram business processes and use consumption-based and value selling to align solutions with customer objectives.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of customer-facing technology experience, preferably in pre-sales or alternatively in consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms.
- Understanding of application deployment processes, cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
- Strong ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Technical background sufficient to create lightweight custom solutions and learn new technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
- Ability to work in or travel reasonably to Chicago for hybrid collaboration, customer meetings, and team sessions.
- Up to 50% travel availability.
