Base Salary
$149k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations.
- Design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions and take them into production.
- Connect Agentforce to ERP, PLM, CRM, and other critical enterprise systems.
- Architect API-led connectivity strategies and design agentic data pipelines.
- Set AI integration roadmaps with customer executive teams and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bring field learnings back to improve the Agentforce platform and methodology.
- Travel domestically as needed for client engagements.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape and enterprise AI architecture.
- Strong foundation in integration architecture principles, API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security.
- Strong engineering background; preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in at least one coding language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, or Go.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-suite executives in dynamic customer environments.
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution engineering, including 2+ years dedicated to enterprise architecture in a customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings.
- Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts.
