Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cloud and on-premise business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science solutions.
- Provide Pyramid platform expertise, implementation guidance, and adoption recommendations.
- Support onboarding, platform setup, data integration, solution development, user training, mentoring, and customer staff enablement.
- Own projects and collaborate with client resources, colleagues, CSMs, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify future client needs and support expansion and upsell activities while achieving commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar customer-facing delivery environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills from industry, management consultancy, or system integrator environments.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field and/or five or more years of BI and Analytics experience.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade reports and dashboards with Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI and analytical tools.
- Experience designing and developing data-based analytics solutions using technologies such as SSAS, SAP BW/HANA, and Snowflake, with relevant languages such as SQL variants and MDX.
- Experience using Python and demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, or the Public Sector is preferred.
