Responsibilities
- Co-create Risk and Security reference architectures, reusable patterns, integration libraries, solution templates, industry accelerators, demo environments, and blueprints with partners.
- Provide senior technical expertise for complex multi-product scenarios and AI-enhanced Practice capabilities.
- Lead technical workshops, executive briefings, proofs of concept, architecture training, and partner capability assessments.
- Mentor partner architects and pre-sales teams on solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and industry patterns.
- Collaborate with partner-aligned architects, product and engineering teams, sales teams, partner managers, and professional services on joint planning and ecosystem feedback.
- Represent ServiceNow Practice innovation at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Support commercial partner development requests and help build partner pipeline, offerings, readiness, and self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- Domain expertise in Risk, including IRM, or Security, with preference for Armis and Veza experience.
- Security or Risk implementation experience.
- CSA certificate.
- At least 5 years of channel or partnerships sales experience.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a security or risk environment.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution with sales counterparts.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities experience, management consulting or strategy advisory experience, partner business development, ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or architectural certifications, experience across multiple partner routes to market, and familiarity with competitive platforms.
