Responsibilities
- Drive technical discovery, demonstrations, competitive positioning, and technical wins for complex enterprise accounts.
- Design and deliver proof-of-value prototypes, solution architectures, and technical workshops.
- Partner with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and ISVs on joint solutions, co-selling, and technical enablement.
- Coordinate with sales teams, Professional Services, and implementation partners to qualify opportunities and complete architectural handoffs.
- Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, conferences, developer-community activities, and marketing events.
- Travel to customer sites and partner events as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience in pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture.
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
- Experience presenting to and influencing technical stakeholders and C-level executives during complex sales cycles.
- Experience with technical discovery, value-based selling, and mapping enterprise goals to technical architectures.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: deep expertise in graph databases, Neo4j, relational and NoSQL technologies, and data visualization tools such as D3.js and Linkurious.
- Preferred: experience with joint go-to-market solutions and co-selling with AWS, Azure, GCP, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators.
- Preferred: expertise in regulated industries including Banking and Financial Services, telecommunications, and government.
