Responsibilities
- Define software and hardware requirements for architectural planning and delivery.
- Develop strategies to improve application user interface usability.
- Conduct impact analyses on how business requirements affect system architecture.
- Participate in design, code, and test reviews.
- Perform architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
- Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing for proposals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with Amazon Connect.
- At least 2 years of experience working with AWS Lambda administration.
- At least 1 year of experience with a major contact center platform such as AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, or Cisco.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 12 years of experience accepted instead; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include intermediate Applications Architecture, AWS Lambda, Cloud Infrastructure Design, and System Integration proficiency, plus beginner User Experience Design proficiency.
