Base Salary
$113k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own, defend, evolve, and sign off on the end-to-end methodology for AI-native architecture delivery.
- Set the technical point of view through client architecture councils, conference talks, and frontier-partner relationships.
- Own the portfolio of reference architectures, agent framework patterns, multi-model orchestration blueprints, and evaluation harnesses.
- Lead production-scale enterprise AI-native transformations as the named architecture lead.
- Define the boundary between AI-controlled and deterministic system behavior through AI Guardrail Design.
- Translate hands-on architecture arguments into commercial narratives and advise clients and sales leadership on consequential technical engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology delivery experience, with meaningful experience in at least two of large-scale data engineering, AI/ML platforms, enterprise architecture, or software engineering leadership.
- Minimum 2 years designing and delivering production AI-native architectures at enterprise scale, including at least one transformation as the named architecture lead.
- Minimum 5 years owning a productized offering, platform, or methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience; an associate’s degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Clear and defensible understanding of the AI frontier and ability to articulate it publicly.
- Working command of AI Architecture, AI Guardrail Design, Multi-Model Orchestration, and Agent Framework Design.
- Ability to communicate technical architecture to client executives and connect it to commercial narratives.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, event-driven architectures, streaming technologies, dependency analysis, methodology development, and relationships with Anthropic, OpenAI, or hyperscaler AI organizations.
