Base Salary
$245k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the Site Reliability Engineering team.
- Define and champion SRE best practices across the organization.
- Architect for resiliency and identify risks in the cloud platform.
- Drive an 'automate-everything' culture in engineering processes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to incidents.
- Translate business needs into a scalable, resilient platform roadmap.
- Make critical architectural decisions focused on security and performance.
- Mentor team members to enhance productivity and output.
Requirements
- 8+ years of DevOps/SRE experience.
- 5+ years of coding experience.
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to build resilient infrastructure.
- Experience with GitOps tools like Terraform/Pulumi and CI/CD tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Desire to help customers and learn new products.
