Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents for data management through conversation.
- Cover the full agent lifecycle including behavior design and tool integration.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality.
- Instrument agents with observability tooling for continuous improvement.
- Create retrieval pipelines and multi-model orchestration for reliable responses.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in production services.
- Experience in at least one additional programming language like Go, Java, or C++.
- Experience building AI-powered applications or working with AI/ML technologies.
- Experience with APIs (GraphQL, gRPC, or REST) and solid engineering fundamentals.
- Clear communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
