Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agent features and extend existing agents with new capabilities.
- Leverage models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for various tasks.
- Enable AI agents to call external tools and APIs safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver AI-powered features.
- Collect and analyze datasets to understand agent behavior and improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest research in NLP and LLMs to enhance AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with TypeScript is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering best practices.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and experience in production-ready systems.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable collecting and analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
