Base Salary
$146k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive features from problem framing through design partnership, full-stack implementation, instrumentation, rollout, and experimentation.
- Build the next version of LaunchDarkly's onboarding, including agentic flows that work inside a developer's IDE.
- Instrument and analyze the growth funnel: signup, activation, first flag, first experiment, first paid conversion.
- Ship MCP server capabilities and agent skills that extend LaunchDarkly into the tools customers already use.
- Partner closely with product, design, and data teams to turn qualitative signals into shippable experiments.
- Dogfood LaunchDarkly by using flags and experimentation on your own work.
- Support applications in production as part of the you-build-it-you-run-it culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a portfolio of features driven from idea to production.
- Experience shipping AI-first features in production and using MCP servers or agent frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React on the frontend, and familiarity with Go or Node on the backend.
- Track record of moving product-led growth metrics with hands-on experience in instrumentation and A/B testing.
- Comfortable defining hypotheses, running tests, and analyzing results honestly.
- Good instincts for effective developer onboarding and understanding friction in user experience.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and interest in non-coding aspects of the job.
- Genuine interest in AI's role in developer platforms.
