Responsibilities

  • Provide technical enablement and expert support for infrastructure, tooling, environments, and development processes.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of technical issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Own problems from initial investigation through successful resolution.
  • Support and maintain test environments and end-to-end infrastructure.
  • Monitor automated test executions and analyze failures to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, business consultants, and product teams to resolve delivery blockers.
  • Assist business consultants with configuration and DevOps-based development practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support, application support, IT operations, software delivery, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and coordinate multiple stakeholders through resolution.
  • Basic understanding of software development principles and the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience with or willingness to work with C# or another object-oriented programming language, Git and source control systems, test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Azure DevOps or similar platforms, PowerShell, Bash, Python, infrastructure and environment troubleshooting, monitoring and logging tools, SQL, and database fundamentals.
  • Ability to read, understand, and debug code even when software development is not the primary role.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an Agile environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.
