Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable test infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling.
- Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to improve system reliability and developer productivity.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to optimize performance, cost, and feedback cycles.
- Develop internal tools and frameworks that simplify testing and improve product quality.
- Build and enhance test observability systems, including metrics, dashboards, and insights.
- Drive improvements in test performance, stability, and execution efficiency.
- Champion best practices in testing, reliability, and developer experience across teams.
- Continuously explore and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building large-scale JavaScript/TypeScript applications.
- Strong fundamentals in software design, systems thinking, and test infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD systems.
- Experience building or working with test observability, analytics, or reporting systems.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex engineering initiatives.
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence engineering practices.
