Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform and real-time facial recognition systems.
- Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, performant, high-availability software from development through production.
- Own solution design, technical governance, code quality, work estimation, solution documentation, and delivery accuracy.
- Lead a small team of developers through end-to-end solution design and development.
- Mentor and coach developers, distribute technical knowledge, and act as a team escalation point.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and support multi-user, service-based, and multi-browser systems.
Requirements
- Senior software development experience with knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, and TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems and multi-browser-compatible development.
- Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, attention to detail, and solution-design skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
