Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, distributed, multi-threaded applications for Visa’s internal cloud infrastructure platform.
- Build services and web experiences for environment management across virtual machines, containers, and bare metal.
- Develop workflow automation, orchestration, infrastructure-as-code tooling, graphs, visualizations, and platform integrations.
- Apply Generative AI and agentic patterns to create self-service and self-healing automation capabilities.
- Write production-ready, testable code with extensive test coverage and participate in design and code reviews.
- Debug complex technical issues, document development and deployment procedures, and deliver reliable solutions with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree, or at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred experience includes three or more years with a bachelor’s degree, or more than two years with an advanced degree.
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming, Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React or Angular.
- Experience building microservices connected to MySQL, MongoDB, and Kafka.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their APIs.
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code automation, asynchronous workflow-driven automation, and familiarity with Temporal.
- Understanding of Generative AI, agentic frameworks, and integrating Generative AI solutions into existing systems.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Splunk, CloudWatch, the ELK stack, Linux, and Windows.
