Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on implementation, usage, and development support for ION at customer sites.
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational problems and develop tailored strategies and solutions.
- Build custom web applications and work with large-scale data to address customer-facing challenges.
- Own the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack.
- Work in small teams on high-stakes projects and improve the product based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience shipping production-quality code.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, startup-like environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.
- Desired experience includes manufacturing, product management, or lead engineering.
- Experience with Python and/or React with TypeScript is desired.
- Experience or curiosity working with large-scale data for customer-facing problems is desired.
