Base Salary

$145k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on implementation, usage, and development support for ION at customer sites.
Collaborate with customers to understand operational problems and develop tailored strategies and solutions.
Build custom web applications and work with large-scale data to address customer-facing challenges.
Own the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack.
Work in small teams on high-stakes projects and improve the product based on customer feedback.

Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience shipping production-quality code.
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, startup-like environments.
Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.
Desired experience includes manufacturing, product management, or lead engineering.
Experience with Python and/or React with TypeScript is desired.
Experience or curiosity working with large-scale data for customer-facing problems is desired.
