Base Salary
$66k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on measurable business value and shape client engagements.
- Connect AI and data work to product strategy and lead work through the design-to-product pipeline.
- Design and build end-to-end AI systems using RAG, agentic orchestration, prompt and context engineering, evaluations, guardrails, tool-use patterns, and MCP integration.
- Select models and approaches, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG, based on cost, latency, accuracy, and compliance tradeoffs.
- Build and ship full-stack AI-powered digital products and experiences using existing enterprise data platforms.
- Deploy AI products responsibly with MLOps, model serving, security, monitoring, and production cost and latency discipline.
- Codify repeatable delivery practices and feed field learnings into the offering.
- Manage senior stakeholders, lead workstreams, build teams, and support new deals and go-to-market activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of AI and data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI and data projects and shipping GenAI features.
- At least 3 years of high-value consulting experience involving large-scale delivery, or relevant industry or functional experience.
- Hands-on production delivery experience with at least one enterprise AI platform such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks Mosaic AI.
- Working fluency with GenAI frameworks and patterns such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, prompt and context engineering, and model selection.
- Experience building full-stack AI-powered digital products and connecting them to existing enterprise data.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and strong program management, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities.
- Proven leadership and people skills, including building effective teams, fostering collaboration and inclusion, and developing strong client relationships.
