Base Salary
$120k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and design sessions to identify automation opportunities and define solution architectures.
- Design, build, deploy, and optimize low-code AI Agent integrations with CRMs, help desks, and communication tools.
- Configure AI Agent intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, evaluations, monitoring, and performance metrics.
- Manage cross-functional deployments by defining timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery within scope.
- Create reusable templates, playbooks, models, and reference architectures for scalable deployments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, and GTM leadership to resolve blockers and improve the platform.
- Train peers, run workshops, document best practices, and provide internal and external product education.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns and own regional top-line targets for assigned AI products.
- Act as an internal GTM product owner and help shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap using customer and integration insights.
- Monitor AI and customer experience industry trends and feed insights into product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
- Client-facing experience is required.
- Strong command of APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST, and GraphQL; MCP Server experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI workflow configuration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, HubSpot, and Salesforce automation.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Experience with telephony, voice, contact center systems, SIP, WebRTC, call routing, containment, or AHT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Looker, BigQuery, or Snowflake is a plus.
- Exposure to JavaScript or Python for light customization and debugging is a plus.
