Base Salary
$120k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and solution architecture sessions.
- Design, build, and deploy low-code integrations using orchestration platforms and CRM automation tools.
- Configure and optimize AI Agent intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and performance metrics.
- Manage complex cross-functional deployments, timelines, stakeholders, and delivery accountability.
- Create reusable templates, playbooks, models, and reference architectures.
- Train peers, run workshops, and document technical best practices.
- Drive customer-base outbound campaigns and product adoption in partnership with marketing and GTM leadership.
- Own regional top-line targets and collaborate with account executives and account managers on product growth.
- Act as an internal GTM product owner and help shape the AI Voice Agent roadmap.
- Deliver product education to internal teams, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Track AI and customer experience trends and feed customer and integration insights into product and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
- Client-facing experience is required.
- Strong command of APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST, and GraphQL, with the ability to design and troubleshoot integrations.
- Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, HubSpot, or Salesforce automation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience with MCP Servers, telephony, voice, contact center systems, SIP, WebRTC, call routing, containment, or AHT.
- Preferred familiarity with Looker, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Preferred scripting experience with JavaScript or Python for customization and debugging.
