Responsibilities
- Work with customer process owners and IT teams to select workflows, define success criteria, and secure test access and data.
- Run hands-on customer sessions, explain product capabilities and limitations, and connect technical results to business outcomes.
- Write custom JavaScript tools and debug failures across browser behavior, agent execution, application state, and backend services.
- Build tests for business outcomes, exceptions, partial completion, and recovery scenarios.
- Launch and stabilize workflows while documenting monitoring, recovery procedures, and support ownership.
- Turn deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests and collaborate with core engineering on recurring product gaps.
Requirements
- Ability to write and debug JavaScript or TypeScript and reason about web applications, APIs, and data flow.
- Ability to work directly with users, ask precise questions, build alongside customers, and explain technical problems clearly.
- Experience building working software and explaining implementation choices, tests, and debugging approaches.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Helpful experience includes Playwright, browser automation, browser extensions, RPA, enterprise integration, agent systems, tool execution, evaluations, failure recovery, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or forward-deployed engineering.
