Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, web scrapers, and RPA tooling.
- Join client discovery sessions to map real-world workflows and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ship and iterate on custom integrations based on feedback from live deployments.
- Contribute to core product development when integration work is not the primary bottleneck.
- Develop working knowledge of the US provider and payer landscape.
- Attend in-person team and client meetings and travel occasionally.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production features.
- Startup experience owning features or small products end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworks, plus React with TypeScript or equivalent frontend technologies.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, with shipped production work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical clients.
- Preferred experience with web scrapers, RPA solutions, AWS or GCP infrastructure, US healthcare or provider/payer systems, or production LLM application development.
Benefits
- Salary range of $150,000 to $230,000 USD annually.
- Hybrid role based in New York City, NY.
- In-person attendance is expected for team and client meetings, with some travel required.
