Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery, solution design, architecture, implementation, and deployment for agent-based solutions.
- Design integrations connecting the platform to customer tools and enterprise systems such as Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, and internal APIs.
- Build custom workflows, agent behaviors, supporting services, scripts, and interfaces using Python, TypeScript, React, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Operate in cloud-native environments including GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Translate customer and field insights into product requirements, platform features, reusable templates, and integration libraries.
- Support sales through architecture reviews, proof-of-concept builds, technical expertise, and customer trust building.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for partnerships and on-site implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical pre-sales experience partnering with sales teams to position complex technical products and drive deals to closure.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with full-stack development experience in Python and TypeScript preferred but not required.
- Deep comfort with third-party APIs, authentication protocols, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
- Ability to explain complex infrastructure to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility with developers.
- Resourcefulness and comfort shipping solutions in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Experience with LLM APIs or agentic frameworks is a bonus.
- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native scaling is a bonus.
