Value Acceleration Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and build Day 1 agentic workflows and blueprints with strategic customers.
- Participate in 90-day Value Acceleration programs and get one to two primary use cases live in production.
- Troubleshoot bugs, resolve implementation blockers, and address usability or security requests.
- Facilitate customer and deployment-strategy working sessions to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Enable implementation partners to take over ongoing build work after engagements.
- Document customer design decisions and reusable build patterns for the use-case library and product roadmap.
- Translate customer feedback into scalable product features and transition into a core product engineering role after the rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a 3.5+ GPA; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Early-career engineers with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated builder’s spirit, curiosity about technology, and willingness to learn technical systems and business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer empathy, and comfort presenting to external customers.
- Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Enthusiasm for the rotational forward-deployed model and eventual transition into core product engineering.
- Experience with Go, Python, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages is preferred.
- Previous customer-facing technical experience, such as Sales Engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, is preferred.
- Experience with the Salesforce platform or agentic workflows and exposure to supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing are preferred.

- The stated general base salary range is $117,200–$223,900 annually; select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan locations have a separate range of $141,200–$246,000 annually.
