Base Salary
$117k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with customer process owners and IT teams to select workflows, define success criteria, and secure required access and data.
- Lead hands-on customer sessions and explain product capabilities, limitations, and business value.
- Write custom JavaScript tools and debug failures across browser behavior, agent execution, application state, and backend services.
- Build tests covering business outcomes, exceptions, partial completion, and recovery.
- Launch and stabilize workflows, document monitoring and recovery procedures, and establish support ownership.
- Convert deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests and collaborate with core engineering on recurring product gaps.
- Travel approximately 40–60% for customer discovery, build sessions, and launches.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to write and debug JavaScript or TypeScript and reason about web applications, APIs, and data flow.
- Experience building working software and explaining implementation choices, testing, and debugging.
- Strong ability and interest in working directly with users and explaining technical issues clearly.
- Helpful experience includes Playwright, browser automation, browser extensions, RPA, enterprise integration, agent systems, tool execution, evaluations, failure recovery, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, forward-deployed engineering, or customer-facing product development.
