Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to translate workflows into autonomous agents.
- Build integrations and ship agents and evaluations into production.
- Own customer deployments end to end and engineer systems for continuous improvement.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and translate production feedback into platform capabilities.
- Inform Sim’s product direction and future roadmap.
Requirements
- Ability to build useful software and work through unfamiliar systems.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
- Enjoyment of customer-facing work and taking projects from initial conversation to production.
- New graduates are welcome; projects, internships, and independent work count.
