Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational backend infrastructure including authentication and notifications.
- Evolve Harvey’s internal product platform to accelerate development across product lines.
- Lead development of enterprise-facing features like secure collaboration and admin controls.
- Maintain high standards for security, privacy, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product, AI, design, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend-focused software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping user-facing features with measurable impact.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS patterns like role-based access control.
- Track record of shipping intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
